Welding and brazing are used to join pressed components to manufactured pipes, and we select the technique optimal for each combination of material, shape, and other criteria, such as MIG welding, TIG welding, spot welding, and brazing. We can weld a wide range of materials, including steel sheet, brass, silver, and aluminum. We are further improving productivity through the introduction of industrial robots to automate welding processes.
Improving inspection efficiency with our own QA systems
A variety of parts must be mounted on steering hanger beams, so the assembly and inspection processes are crucial. To ensure accuracy and efficiency we developed out own jigs and robotic inspection systems for quality assurance (QA). Our QA stance completes a large number of inspection of many points, quickly and efficiently.
